ECLS Bharat respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the Boss Google Backup application.

1. About the Application

Boss Google Backup is a private backup utility used to create backups of authorized Google Drive data to a locally connected storage device.

The application is intended for authorized users and is not offered as a public consumer service.

2. Information Accessed

When authorized by the user, Boss Google Backup may access files and folders stored in the user's Google Drive.

The application requests read-only access to Google Drive.

This access is used solely to read and download files for the purpose of creating a local backup.

3. How Information Is Used

Information accessed through Google Drive is used only to:

Read Google Drive files and folders.
Download files for backup.
Maintain a local backup on an authorized storage device.
Identify files and folders required for backup operations.

The application does not intentionally modify or delete files in the user's Google Drive.

4. Data Storage

Files downloaded during the backup process are stored locally on the storage device selected by the authorized user.

ECLS Bharat does not operate a separate cloud storage service for the files backed up through this application.

Google Drive data accessed by the application is not intentionally uploaded to another cloud service by the application.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Google Drive files accessed through Boss Google Backup with third parties.

Google Drive data accessed by the application is used only for the authorized backup purpose.

6. Google API Services

Boss Google Backup uses Google APIs to access authorized Google Drive data.

The application's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

7. User Control and Revocation

The user may revoke the application's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security settings.

Once access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to obtain new authorized access to the user's Google Drive through that authorization.

8. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials and backup data from unauthorized access.

Users are responsible for maintaining physical security of portable backup devices and computers used to perform backups.

9. Data Retention

Backup files remain on the user's local storage device until the authorized user deletes them.

ECLS Bharat does not independently retain copies of these backup files on its own servers.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the application, technology, or applicable requirements.
